I got this clipped/torn/mutilated 500 peso bill as a change from that McDonald’s branch near PBCom building in Makati when I got some fries and float for lunch. I have not checked the bill, knowing that it’s good and all.

I went to TonTon’s at V. Luna for a massage - to release some stress due to work. I had the 1 hour body massage and a 30 minute foot massage. Everything went great not until I was about to pay the tab. And that’s when I saw the clipped/torn/mutilated 500 peso bill. Good thing, the concierge was kind and let me off with 300 pesos. I still lack a hundred bucks more and a tip. I will go back there later.
That experience left me really stressed and all until the next day. Good thing, our office messenger helped me have that friggin’ bill replaced. I got it back.
I’m really thankful to him and heaved out, “Kuya, You’re the best!”
